New C r e a t i o n C e n t r e

Imagine a school where refugee children from Northern Uganda and Sudan can receive quality free education, a nifty new uniform, and a nutritional daily meal. New Creation Centre, established in 2005 and housed at Victory City Church, currently has an enrollment of twenty-seven students and a dedicated full time staff. A paced schedule includes: Bible, Mathematics, Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, and Music. Lunch is prepared and delivered by motorbike, with the cook sitting side saddle holding on to her precious containers of food. Lunch on the day pictured at right was rice with beef and gravy. School is in session five days a week, forty weeks a year. We desire to expand New Creation Centre to be able to reach many more refugee children for whom education would be otherwise impossible. As the ministry grows, however, so do its financial needs. Please pray about the possibility of partnering with us on a financial basis.

Biao Ministry - Philippines

This Community Development ministry focuses on winning the Muslims to Christ. The ministry began with supplemental feeding and preschool children. Now these children have become faithful members of the young teens' fellowship. Most of them have accepted the Lord and have been baptized.

Qualified members of the young teens' fellowship are given scholarships to enable them to pursue a high school and college education. The recipients are discipled and receive leadership training on a weekly basis. Our hope is for these young people to become future Christian leaders in their community.

Mosquito Nets Galore - Uganda

Our goal was to purchase 150 mosquito nets - we exceeded that number by 50 and were able to purchase 200! Thank you to all who contributed to make this possible. We were able bless every family member of New Creation Centre, as well as each person working at our guest house with a net. We were also able to give nets to various other orphanages and schools. It was a great joy to see faces light up as the much-needed nets were distributed.

The picture on the right is of Emma (Emmanuel) who is our oldest student at New Creation Centre. Emma is 19 and is being tutored in reading, writing and mathematics. This year, Emma dedicated his life to Jesus and is actively serving the Lord. In the picture he is sitting in our vehicle amongst the 200 mosquito nets. It was a tight squeeze, but we got all the nets in the car & Emma!
