New Addition to the Sower's
Family!
|
We are proud to announce the engagement of Sower's
missionary Jason Lewis and Kezia Lee. Jason is serving
in Digos, Mindenao, Philippines and Kezia is teaching
High School math in Windsor, North Carolina. They met
in China last summer when Jason was leading the mission
team Kezia was on. It turns out that Kezia is origionally
from Davao City which is about 1 hour from Digos! Amazing
what the Lord can do! We are thrilled to have her become
a Sower! They were engaged on New Year's Eve and will
marry next summer.

Another Addition to the Sower's
Family!
|
We are also really happy to have our first grandchild!
Elliana Grace Marston was born November 17, 2009 to
Gwynn & Pooka's daughter & son-in-law, Mike
& Rebecca Marston of Boise, ID. What an amazing
Christmas present that was, especially because they
came to Los Angeles for a week over Christmas. Ellie
is, of course, one of the cutest little girls I have
ever seen! We thank God for His goodness!

World Cup Fever!
|
2010 is the year of the World Cup Soccer matches. This
is world championship of national teams and is the the
most coveted accomplishment in world wide sports. The
Holy Grail of Soccer. It happens once every 4 years,
in between the olympics, and this year it is in South
Africa. We are taking a team similar to what we did
in the Beijing Olympics to be a witness to Christ in
the midst of the mayhem. We will be using refrigerator
magnets, pictured here, as our tool for evangelism,
passing them out & sticking them on everything made
out of metal. Since they are magnets they will do no
harm & can be easily stolen, helping our distribution.
The graphic also directs people to our evangelistic
website that has the plan of salvation in all of the
world's major languages. Please pray for this team as
it is forming.
